- ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു (aagrahichu) — Wanted, wished for, desired; past tense of aagrahikkuka, to want.
- എടുത്തു (eduthu) — Took, picked up, carried; past tense of edukkuka, to take; picked; took up with the hand, lifted. Also chose or selected something.
- തുടങ്ങി (thudangi) — Started, began; past tense of thudanguka, to begin; began, started; past form of to begin.
