Malayalam words whose English meaning includes “leaves”:

താളി (thali) — Shampoo prepared from certain leaves, the large palmyra (or its leaf).
തോലിടുക (tholiduka) — Cover with leather, manure with leaves, wear a satrap of leather (of antelope) by Brahmin boys at the time of wearing the sacred thread.
